More hotkey combinations

So, Maptool allows the setting of F key hotkeys. Alone, shift, alt and crtl. Is there a way to get more? (Shift-alt-f1, crtl-alt-f2, alt-shift-<the number key 1>)
The reasoning for this is I will be getting a streamdeck shortly that I will be using with maptool. The functionality of this device allows for many many keys that can be programmed to just push buttons (as well as other things, but I will will be using them as keyboard shortcuts)
I can think of workarounds for this (Create a macro that brings up a number box that activates a macro depending on that number is entered. Then have the streamdeck activate that macro, enter the numeric value and press enter) but its a bit messy.
So I guess I am wondering if there is a hidden feature somewhere that will permit more hot keys, or if anyone can think of another way to create more than the 48 hotkeys already available.
